What can you expect in the Highway Menu- an entire gamut of lips- smacking delights. I was awed by the tasteful Giani di Lassi from Punjab, Samosa chaat and dahi Bhalla From Delhi, the famous Jodhpuri Mirchi Vada ( albeit with a twist), Nadru Kabab from Kashmir, Kolkata Jhal Muri, Ragda Patties from Maharashtra,  Hing Tari wale aloo, yummy Sarson Ka Saag and Fruit Pulao from Kashmir! The Bhado Ki Daal from Himachal was something new I tried, tasted great!

Do not forget to relish their desserts such as Kesar Suji Phirni, the first of its kind Mango Rasgulla (ultra- delicious!) or winter special delight Carrot Halwa.
