From the success of the iconic Mughal Mahal in Kuwait, Chef Ashok’s legacy finds graceful new expression in Dubai, a city known for its gastronomic gems.
Inspired by lavang (clove, the popular Indian spice known for its warmth and enduring aroma, the restaurant reflects a philosophy of balance, depth, and reverence. Just as cloves were a quiet companion in Diviya’s life, offering both comfort and strength, Lavang is her tribute to the power of tradition, elevated through intuition and refined vision.
Guided by Chef Ashok Kalra’s timeless wisdom and shaped by Diviya’s refined, contemporary vision, the menu reflects the depth and diversity of India’s culinary heritage, thoughtfully adapted to resonate with Dubai’s cosmopolitan palate.
