We tried signature highlights like Jackfruit Kakori Kebab, Dal Pakwaan, Hummus with Masala Bun, the classic Benarasi Chaat, each dish designed to spotlight the regional spice traditions that inspire these dishes. The Quinoa Salad with flavourful curry had an innovative and delicious twist to it. The Jamun Khatta Cooler was the perfect accompaniment to these delightful dishes.
