Created by Yoga and Wellness Practitioner Nizar Saab, Nizar Yoga is not a traditional yoga style. 

Instead, it combines elements of gentle yogic movement, Laughter Yoga, Tai Chi/Qigong-inspired flow, breath awareness, tapping/acupressure, and simple mind-body techniques into a relaxed, human-centered practice.

“Nizar Yoga was born from years of observing how people respond better to softness, playfulness, and connection rather than pressure or performance,” said Nizar Saab.
