The menu at Zordaar offers a seamless journey through India’s diverse culinary landscape

Situated at Millenium Al Barsha, Dubai, Zordaar is set to become a premier destination for food enthusiasts seeking an authentic yet modern take on traditional Indian cuisine.

Zordaar stands out by showcasing the rich tapestry of Indian flavours, offering a unique culinary journey through various regions and districts of India. The recipes at Zordaar are crafted by the esteemed Zion Hospitality, led by Master Chef Ajay Chopra and his team. Chef Chopra, a celebrated figure in the culinary world with a massive following and a notable role as a judge on MasterChef India, brings his expertise to ensure that Zordaar’s offerings are a testament to culinary excellence and innovation. Head Chef Karna Bahadur, a culinary virtuoso with over 15 years of experience in Indian cuisine, oversees the kitchen at Zordaar.

The menu at Zordaar offers a seamless journey through India’s diverse culinary landscape, offering a total of 75 dishes from 16 States and Districts in India. This includes Delhi Fried Chicken, Kanyakumari Coastal Pulav, Kolkata Fish, Goan Fish, Mumbai Pav, Hyderabadi Biryani, and Prayagraj Yakhni Pulav. Regional delights such as Agra Kadak Aloo Tikki, Mahabaleshwar Strawberry Cream, and Ajmer Kulfi further enhance the dining experience. Zordaar’s offerings are continually expanding, ensuring a dynamic and ever-evolving menu that celebrates the rich flavours and specialties of every corner of India.

One of the highlights is the Vada Pav Spring Roll, an inventive twist on Mumbai’s iconic street food. This dish transforms the beloved Vada Pav—spicy potato fritters sandwiched in a bread roll—into a crispy spring roll, wrapped in a spring roll shell, fried to perfection, and topped with garlic chutney and mirchi tempura. Other innovative dishes include the Dhamakedaar Kutchi Dabeli Quesadilla, which combines the spicy, tangy flavours of Kutchi Dabeli with the familiar form of a Mexican quesadilla, and the Goan Pomfret Recheado, featuring Pomfret fish stuffed with a spicy, tangy Recheado masala. The Delhi Fried Chicken, marinated in a tangy mixture and served with a signature yellow chili dip, and the Bombay Mutton Baida Roti, blending Mughlai influences with local flavours, further exemplify Zordaar’s commitment to culinary excellence.

Zordaar is unwavering in its dedication to using high-quality ingredients and supporting local producers. The restaurant prides itself on its commitment to sustainability and authenticity, ensuring that every dish is crafted from scratch to uphold the highest standards in flavour and presentation. To further enhance the quality of its cuisine, Zordaar prepares 17 distinct spices in-house, guaranteeing exceptional taste and adherence to traditional recipes.
